Fruit Berliner Weisse with Passion Fruit, Lemon and Bergamot zest / 3.8%

This is our first fruit Berliner Weisse, with an assertive tartness, due to the lactic acidification and the presence of the passion fruit. The lemon and bergamot zests provide some additional hints of citric complexity, for a really refreshing and sessionable sour beer.

Sour NEIPA with Citra, Galaxy, Ekuanot e Cascade / 5.5%

Our craziest experiment so far! We are trying here to blend and merge sourness with bitterness in the most perfect balanced beer, with a big amount of hop in dry hopping. Grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruits are present at first. The New England yeast helps to round the body and povide some silkness that balances the sourness.

Fruit Sour Ale with Mango & Guava / 5.5%

A hazy and sexy fruit sour ale, with big addition of mango e guava in the right proportion to not overwhel each other, creating a fresh, light and juicy beer for the hot summer days. The yeast contributes to the fruity character and create a round mouthfeel balancing the sourness.

Fruit Sour Saison aged in red wine barrel / 5.0%

The base Belgian Saison acts here as a canvas for the fruits, peach and strawberry, and the light tartness from the lacto. The red wine subnotes and the wood of the barrel add complexity to the aroma bouchet.

Fruit Sour Saison with Cherries / 5.0%

The rusticity of the Belgian Saison is made more complex by the cherries’ addition. The lacto acidity and the fruit’s acidity are mixed together while the beer remains easy to drink. The fruity and vinous notes increases as the temperature rises.

Fruit Sour DIPA with Blueberries / 7.5%

A Sour Double IPA perfectly balanced between acidity and bitterness. The hops, Citra, Cascade, Mosaic and Simcoe mix  with the aromatic contribution of the blueberries, handpicked from the Cimone mountain’s woods.

EVOQESOUR #7

Fruit Gose with Pineapple / 5.0%

A Fruit Gose that combines the typical pineapple’s sweetness, added in fermentation, and the salty flavour. The slight notes of coriander make the drink even fresher.
